30 seconds punches
30 seconds arm circles
30 seconds shoulder rolls
30 seconds squats
30 seconds fast feet shuffle

ROUND I: GET YOUR HEART RACING WITH THIS CARDIO FOCUSED ROUND, MODELLED ON OUR SHOCK WORKOUTS. REPEAT TWICE, BACK TO BACK.
20 seconds high knees, 10 seconds rest
20 seconds mountain climbers, 10 seconds rest
20 seconds punches, 10 seconds rest

45 seconds squats, 15 seconds squat hold
