Our formula is simple.

1. Hard graft for 45 minutes at a Hard Yard workout. No equipment, just your own bodyweight - it's the oldest trick in the book. Train at your own pace - remember, one rep with perfect form is better than ten done poorly.

2. Detox with some good old H20.

3. Repeat a few times a week.

That's it. Our trainers will keep you motivated + your workouts varied, so all you need to do is turn up.
